The application of electric cable winch

Electric cable winch is operated by the track laid on the floor board, which is independent of the roof and supporting mode of the roadway, and is generally applicable to all rail transportation roadways.

Electric rope winch can be used as auxiliary transportation for long distance, large tonnage, variable slope and large inclination. Using slope is generally less than 20 °, the best use of slope of 12 °the following; the maximum transportation distance is 3000m, and the optimal transport distance is 1500~2000m; the minimum horizontal curvature radius is 9m and the radius of vertical curvature is 15m.

Working principles of electric cable winch

Powered by a motor, uses the reducer or the gearbox and a pair of in-volute cylindrical spur gear transmission, through endless rope winch drum rotating friction force to drive the wire rope run with the steel wire rope, and traction vehicles run to and fro along the orbit. Electric cable winch system is equipped with main engine, tension device, shuttle, tail wheel, rope pulley, rope pulley and steering gear. The main engine consists of motor, gearbox, transmission gear, friction wheel, brake, bracket and base.

The motor uses the three-phase asynchronous motor, which can be equipped with two-speed motor according to the winch machine requirement. The gearbox has the mechanical transmission function, can realize the speed of two kinds of speed, the fast speed ratio is about 2 times. Transmission gear adopts in-volute cylindrical gear, open gear drive and stable transmission. Friction wheel adopts anti-wear cast iron bushing, long service life and convenient maintenance. The brake includes the manual brake of the high speed shaft and the electric hydraulic push-rod brake of the low speed shaft, the braking effect is safe and reliable, the operation is flexible and convenient. The shuttle car has two forms: the anti-sports car device and the anti-sports car device. The tension device has three forms: gravity tension, hydraulic tension and electric tension. The lifting winch is equipped with traction rope over-winding protection. Direct use of underground existing rail system, in a certain slope of straight alleys or curved roadway, can realize the material, equipment and hydraulic support of the overall unrelated direct transport.

Security technical measures for power winch

1. Strictly implement the “knock on top” system for roadways in the installation site;

2. At the time of installation, there will be on-site command of the person in charge, and all the operators will follow the unified command of the responsible person to ensure that the installation work is carried out smoothly;

3. The traction winch is assembled and hoisted with 10 tons of manual calabash. When hoisting, it is strictly forbidden to swing to and fro, and the operating personnel strictly forbid the body parts to be under the traction winch;

4.The guide chain hanging must be firm and reliable, the manual hoist operator must stand on the side of the lifting;

5.Long handle tools must be carried out at a long distance, and it is forbidden to contact lifting objects in body parts;

6. In the process of pulling the wire rope, it is directed by the special person to prevent the wire rope from being twisted, discounted and hurt;

7. When using a rope card to fix the wire rope, no less than three pairs of rope cards;

8.Each part of the wire rope is fixed firmly to prevent falling off and hurting people;

9.When the equipment is connected to electricity, it is necessary to strictly carry out the shutdown system, and the operation must be carried out in the order of checking the gas, discharge, electroscope and short circuit;

10.All matters not covered herein shall be strictly implemented in accordance with the coal mine safety regulations, etc.
